원인

Kafka가 meta.properties에 실패한 클러스터 ID를 저장했기 때문.

해결 방법

config/server.properties log.dirs 위치 파악

server.properties

data dir

해당 위치에 있는 meta.properties 를 제거해주면 정상 실행된다.
